   Public galleries are visible unless the client pays for full privacy. In that case, access is restricted.

7. Data Retention

   Although our contract guarantees image availability for 3 months, we currently keep all image data stored on Pixieset indefinitely unless a deletion request is submitted.

8. Marketing Communication

   We do not currently send marketing emails, but may begin to do so in the future. When we do, you will have the option to opt in or opt out.

9. Cookies and Tracking

   We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor site usage, run retargeting ads, and improve client experience. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may not function properly.

10. Use of Images and Client Privacy

    By default, we may use client images for portfolio, website, social media, and paid ads.

    If you wish to restrict usage, you may purchase the privacy fee, which ensures your images will not be used publicly.

    Clients may also choose partial privacy, where images may be shown on our website and gallery, but not used in ads or social media. In case of rescheduling, the partial privacy agreement is void unless the full privacy fee is paid.

    Requests for deletion of photos and data from our system are available for a fee if privacy was not initially purchased.

11. Children’s Privacy

    We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Parents or legal guardians must sign for any minors appearing in photos.

12. Your Rights

    You have the right to request deletion of your data and images, request that your gallery be made private, or revoke consent for use of images in future promotions. Requests must be sent in writing to barbattoizadora@gmail.com
